- experience as a business analyst, project manager, product manager for CRM solutions,
Key requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager in an IT department, ideally in a Swiss bank,
- experience as a business analyst, project manager, product manager for CRM solutions,
- languages: good level of English required, German one plus,
- knowledge of the banking environment and the problems of the front-line professions (individual, company, private banking and/or asset management)

- leading the change management actions necessary for the success of IT projects (training, user support, possible decommissioning of applications...) in order to maximize the added value of projects for the professions and the bank,
- ensuring a high level of quality of functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, on this basis, designing, preparing and piloting user acceptance tests;
- produce expedient studies, charter projects and high-quality tenders to ensure factual and efficient decision-making through trade and IT management;
- challenge technical solutions and systematically ensure with architects that they meet the standards of bank architecture,
- contribute to the construction of a coherent annual plan of functional and technical changes in the applications of the field, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy,
- increase the mastery of S.I.
- BCV over time, improving the functional documentation of applications and ensuring quality technical documentation within projects.
