The Site Assets Project Delivery division is responsible for the cost-, time- and quality-related implementation of investment projects at the Basel & Kaiseraugst locations. We work in a role-based model that enables activities in different areas of responsibility. Your opportunity As an experienced project manager on the client side, I take over the professional client representative for Roche. In this role, I am responsible for the holistic management and control of demanding construction, laboratory, infrastructure and engineering projects in the regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Project Management & Initiation: Conduct Feasibility Studies as well as strategic project initiation and organization according to the requirements of clients, users and operators.
• Procurement & Contract Management: Professional preparation and examination of concepts, tenders and procurement documents as well as the subsequent commissioning and monitoring of services.
• Project controlling: Comprehensive cost, deadline, change and risk management to ensure project success.
• Resource & Stakeholder Management: Efficient coordination of architects, specialist planners, engineers and executing companies as well as close coordination with internal, partly global teams.
• Compliance & Quality: Consistent assurance of all regulatory requirements, quality guidelines and standards for occupational safety.
• Design & Corporate Identity: Binding compliance and implementation of the specific requirements of Roche Corporate Architecture.
• Engineering expertise: Professional management of complex projects at the interface of construction, laboratory and critical infrastructure. In order to be able to best perform your role as a successful project manager:in (f/m/d), you bring the following skills:
• Training & focus on architecture: Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline as well as a strong understanding of urban design, architecture and interior design.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment: At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally in a regulated environment such as pharma, life sciences, chemistry or industry.
• Project & Cost Controlling: In-depth knowledge in project management, cost and terminology
