The position Foodlicious is our daily business In over 30 years, Taverne Roche has developed a successful gastronomy company. Tavero AG is a 100% subsidiary of F. Hoffmann-La Roche. At the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites we employ about 350 employees from over 41 nations. Our offer includes both Staff restaurants that offer a variety of pleasures, as well as Fine Dining restaurants with fine cuisine and excellent service. The public gastronomy, the Schöpfli in the park and the Chez Jeannot in the Museum Tinguely complete our offer. We are looking for a:n Chef de Partie, Tournant for Tavero AG in Basel. Your tasks

• Changing work on all items in the companies Guest and directors restaurant Panorama, Lounge 47, Pebbels Lounge, Schöpfli and Science Club
• Provision and production of all supply components
• Preparation according to recipe, including tasting and continuous improvement process
• Ideas rich and creativity are your drivers
• You bring love to work on the plate
• Self-governing a post
• Creating the required mise en place and responsible for the smooth running on your post
• Maintenance of hygiene regulations (TQM / HACCP)
• Economic and correct handling of food during storage and/or processing
• Secure goods management and internal and external orders
• Working hours usually between 6.00 and 22.00, with exceptions also evenings possible Your profile
• You have a completed cooking training (EFZ) and have at least 5 years of professional experience (exclusive years of training)
• You have relevant experience in all kitchen areas
• You like to develop new recipes and are creative in offering planning
• You are an organizational institution and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have an enforcement capability
• You have an independent way of working and take responsibility
• Team skills and reliability are self-evident
• You have knowledge of Swiss food legislation
• You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing to be able to advise your customers competently
