In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals.

To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Management Lead (m/f/d), 100%.

Their tasks

• Development, standardization and enforcement of construction, HSE and quality standards
• Advising project teams on technical, organisational and regulatory topics, including constructability tests
• Monitoring the entire project landscape, identifying risks and escalating to management
• Control of construction processes, trades, specialist construction managers and external partners in the GMP environment
• Examination of plans, construction schedule, progress reports and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct safety inspections, risk analysis and enforcement of safety rules in accordance with SIA 118
• Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation including building diary, acceptances, test reports and mechanical completion
• Main interface to builders, planners, JVs and suppliers as well as moderation of coordination meetings and conflict resolution

Your profile

• Completed technical studies in civil engineering, architecture, process engineering or similar direction
• Several years of experience in the construction management of large industrial or infrastructure projects
• Experience in the GMP environment from pharmaceutical, biotech or chemistry is an advantage
• Knowledge of EPC/EPCM structures and complex stakeholder environments
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and governance skills and diplomatic enforcement skills
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to control multiple project levels in parallel
• Experience in managing external CM mandates or general contractors as well as very good knowledge of German and English
