We are looking for a team leader for electronics production who will strengthen our team and develop the process and product quality together with us. The aim is to inspire our customers with even more precise and reliable electronics and to align our company with the requirements of tomorrow with a clear lead.

What tasks will you take on?

They shall

• take over the professional and organizational leadership of the quality team with 12 employees in 2-shift operation.
• responsible for the systematic analysis and sustainable correction of quality deviations as well as the implementation of effective corrective and improvement measures.
• control in-line repair processes as well as coordination of fault analysis at assembly level to minimise rework, scrap and production interruptions.
• work closely with production, supplier quality, incoming goods inspection and development and ensure consistent product and process quality.
• continuously develop the organization, processes and quality standards in the sense of operational excellence.

What do we expect from you?

They

• have a higher technical education (HF or comparable) with a focus on electrical engineering, as well as further training in quality management.
• bring several years of professional and managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing.
• distinguishes a pronounced process understanding and high quality awareness, as well as sound knowledge in structured problem-solving methods.
• know how to develop employees in a targeted manner.
• communicate safely in German and English.
