• Disciplinary and professional management of approximately 18-20 employees
• Regular operational cooperation in the OR and support of employees in difficult care/treatment situations
• Ensure the continuous development of clinical nursing practice in close cooperation with the nurses responsible
• Responsible for clearly structured workflows and good work environment factors (e.g. correct skill-grade mix, nurse-to-patient ratio, etc.)

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation
