Full description

You take responsibility for the operational management of our home bakery and together with your team ensure high-quality baked goods, efficient processes and an appreciative cooperation. As a deputy director, you are an important contact person for employees and actively contribute to the further development of processes, quality and team culture.

• You lead the team in the daily production of bread, small bread, fine bakery and seasonal items and actively participate in production
• You ensure a smooth production process in compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• You plan and coordinate personnel and production resources as needed
• You support employees professionally and ensure open and transparent communication
• You recognize optimization potential along production processes and implement measures to increase efficiency, quality and productivity
• You take over the deputy of the management house bakery and ensure a smooth operation in day-to-day business

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience: in a bakery or production environment
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a baker and confectioner
• Several years of professional experience in a bakery or production environment
• In-depth knowledge of dough management, baking processes, hygiene and food safety
• High social skills and a motivating and appreciative leadership style
• Enjoyment of the practical cooperation in the house bakery as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility
• German (flowing)
• French (advantageous)
