- Your Key Responsibilities: Participate in the definition, structuring and validation of project frameworks (objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, planning) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the different phases of project deployment, from design to implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Holder of a higher diploma (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent, you ideally have experience in HR project management acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities
- Your Key Responsibilities: Participate in the definition, structuring and validation of project frameworks (objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, planning) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the different phases of project deployment, from design to implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Set up and lead project monitoring bodies, produce regular and clear reports for the HR Department and steering committees.
- Identify risks and opportunities, propose action plans and innovative solutions to guarantee the success of projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the HR department.

- This experience has allowed you to develop a solid knowledge of operational excellence and employee experience issues.
- You master project management methodologies and have excellent knowledge of HR processes.
- You are also comfortable with office tools (Office Pack, notably Excel and PowerPoint).
Key requirements
- Holder of a higher diploma (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent, you ideally have experience in HR project management acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
