Actively shape production and take responsibility for modern, automated systems. In this versatile function, you ensure a smooth production process, set up plants independently and correct minor faults. Become part of a dedicated team focused on quality, precision and continuous improvement. You can expect varied tasks at automated and manual workstations. Casting mill (m/f/d) Their tasks:

• Teaching, setup, operator maintenance, repairing small faults and producing automated punching, grinding and band sawing systems with ABB robots, including logging in and out of orders
• Installing and optimizing new parts on the automated systems and adapting simple ISO programs based on existing templates
• Setting up of hand punching systems including logging on and off orders
• Cooperation and support at hand plastering stations such as belt grinders and cutting grinders
• Supporting shift leaders and ensuring a smooth production process Your profile:
• Craftsmanship and ideally a basic mechanical training
• Technical understanding and good understanding of program flows
• Experience in dealing with automated systems is an advantage
• ABB robot knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working method
• Teamwork and willingness to take responsibility
• Secure handling of MS Office and knowledge in operational data acquisition
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
