Their tasks

• Leading the specialist development as part of the nursing management team as well as leading and co-shaping the practice development process to promote a person-centred and evidence-based nursing practice
• Advise, empower and accompany the interprofessional team, especially in highly complex situations
• Participation in direct care and active participation in evaluations, projects and research groups
• Close cooperation with specialist managements of the Department of Acute Medicine and the Department of Technical Expertise and Research of the University Hospital Basel, as well as cooperation in cross-clinic, national and international specialist and working groups
• Development, implementation and further development of guidelines, concepts and professional standards

Your profile

• Master of Science in Nursing or ongoing studies
• Several years of in-depth practical experience and in-depth theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing research and the ability to pass on this knowledge
