In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Production Support department, we are looking for a dedicated Teamleader SPARK (a), 100%. (SPARK = SAP | Business Process Design | Operational Excellence | Administration | KPI & Reporting)

Their tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management as well as further development of a team in the field of manufacturing support
• Ensuring efficient and standardized administrative processes within manufacturing
• Responsibility for the optimization and further development of SAP processes and master data
• Analysis, standardization and continuous improvement of business processes in the production environment
• Management and implementation of operational excellence and digitalization initiatives
• Further develop KPI, reporting and dashboard solutions to support data-based decisions
• Close cooperation with production, IT, data analytics and other relevant interfaces

Support for the automation and digitalization of existing processes

• Ensuring high data quality and transparent reporting structures
• Cooperation and management of cross-sectoral projects to increase efficiency, quality and productivity

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, natural sciences, digital process management or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of process management, operational excellence, SAP or digitalization
• First or several years of leadership experience in a line or matrix organization
• Experience in the production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical or life science industry
• Very good understanding of business processes and data-based decision-making
• Experience with SAP and reporting and BI solutions is an advantage
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working method
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
