Main responsibilities
- Acceptance and processing of telephone and written customer requests in German, French, English and Italian
- Comprehensive telephone and written customer support of A – Z in the area of coop.ch
- Acceptance of written and telephone customer orders
- Telephone support of chauffeurs/chauffeures General administrative activities Requirements
- Commercial or equivalent training completed
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German and French at at least B1 level (English and Italian advantageous)
- Routine in dealing with digital work equipment, good user knowledge in MS Office, affinity for digital products and systems (web shop and apps)
- Precise and very customer-oriented working method
- High readiness for evening and Saturday assignments, strong team skills
- Own car for work during late shifts is advantageous
