Role overview

Together with the construction project managers, you will take over the CAD planning area and support numerous conversions and new buildings in our migrolino shops.

Main responsibilities

  • Preparation of feasibility studies (layouts)
  • Creation of CAD plans and associated process management
  • Support for small and new construction projects, in collaboration with the construction project managers
  • Independent clarification of legal principles and guidelines
  • Reporting of monthly projects (conversions/renovation projects/new projects) Adherence to deadlines and costs
  • Recording of the technical condition of the shops Requisiti Several years: interior design
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): basic commercial training in the construction industry with technical knowledge
  • Experienced CAD knowledge 2D/3D, as well as good MS Office knowledge Experience in the retail environment
