- Experience or a strong understanding of Data Science and Analytics projects, coupled with demonstrated digital curiosity and broad knowledge in areas like Generative AI and Large Language Models, will be highly valued as a critical asset for success in this role.
- As Business & Program Management Leader you will
- Partner with the business accountable and team to drive development of a vision and strategy for the molecule-enabling work.
- Scope, plan and execute the program/project roadmap to ensure solutions are adopted and intended value is realized within the agreed timeframe and in an iterative manner.
- Maintain accurate plans and documentation, ensuring that risks and issues are promptly captured, tracked, and communicated.
- Prepare clear data and status updates to support decision-makers, ensuring that governance meetings are productive and based on factual progress.
