Role overview

Do you want to actively drive growth in a dynamic retail environment?

In this role, you will continue to develop central trading relationships in the DE region and other international target markets, combine strategic business development with operational excellence and achieve noticeable impact in the market with strong brands and private label solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • You develop and control central retail accounts and brands/roaster accounts in defined core markets and expand the business sustainably.
  • You are responsible for forecasting, pricing and sales and promotion planning with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • You analyze sales, market and competition data and derive concrete measures to increase performance.
  • You build new and existing coffee systems sustainably.
  • You strengthen existing partnerships and actively identify new business potential.
  • You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective implementation in the market. Requirements
  • Several years: in-depth experience in the FMCG environment with focus on retail / retail
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, marketing, sales or comparable qualification
  • Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility and strength in stakeholder management and implementation.
  • Strong negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working.
