What you do

• You are responsible for requirements management for the further development and maintenance of our core insurance systems, in particular Adcubum Syrius
• You take on professional requirements, design solutions, prioritize requirements and accompany their implementation until successful introduction
• You will analyze, model and document business requirements in the field of accident and health insurance
• You translate professional needs into clear IT requirements and evaluate solution variants in terms of functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness
• You coordinate test activities, create test concepts and test cases and accompany releases until successful commissioning
• Through tests and quality assurance, you ensure that new requirements are implemented reliably and sustainably
• You act as a central interface between departments, IT and external partners and ensure optimal coordination between all parties involved
• You actively participate in projects and coordinate topics across different systems and stakeholders

What you bring

• You have a degree or a higher education in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject area
• You bring at least five years of experience in business analysis, business engineering or requirements engineering in an agile environment
• You know the operational processes of an insurance company, ideally with a focus on existing and financial processes as well as property, service or commission processes
• You have experience with industry platforms and core insurance systems, ideally with Adcubum Syrius
• You have knowledge of the accident and health insurance industry as well as its specific processes and requirements
• You convince with a high IT affinity, profound knowledge in databases and database queries as well as experience in the creation of technical specifications
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and have the motivation to become involved in complex end-to-end processes and new topics.
• You communicate stylishly in German, have good knowledge of English and understand how to coordinate complex requirements with different stakeholders.
