- As a business analyst, you take over the technical responsibility for ordering with a focus on reverse logistics (returns, withdrawals, complaints) as well as delivery processes including interfaces to our external logistics systems

Main responsibilities

- you clarify requirements together with the Scrum team, the stakeholders and the Business Product Owner and translate professional needs into feasible user stories and solution concepts
- you accompany the implementation of the requirements in the SAP backend
- from the branch order to the return processing to the Ful filling through Suppliers and distribution centers
- Your topics also include 3rd level support tasks within the product team as well as the sustainable and permanent solution of faults and optimization of processes
- You are developing into the role of IT Product Owner for the SAP backend in the ordering system and increasingly assume responsibility for the prioritization and further development of the product backlog Requirements
- You have an education in computer science or business administration - ideally as a degree with focus on (economic) computer science
- You have a well-founded experience as a business analyst in SAP environment with, ideally in SAP MM as well as in the field of ordering, reverse logistics or delivery processes
- Experience in retail / trading environment is beneficial
- You know about interfaces to external logistics systems or you are willing to work in this topic
