Under the responsibility of the Domain Manager Retail Solutions, your main mission will be to play a key role in identifying, analysing and transforming business needs into high-value technology solutions.
As a Business Analyst IT, you are the preferred partner of business teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes and translate business needs into digital solutions that create value.
You support the transformation of our customer journeys and contribute to the evolution of our CRM and Retail platforms in order to offer a coherent, personalized and omnichannel experience to our customers around the world.

- Contribute to the prioritization of the portfolio of initiatives based on their business value, impact and feasibility
- Conduct scoping workshops, collect and formalize business requirements in the form of user stories, processes and functional specifications
- Work closely with development, architecture, integration and quality teams to ensure solutions that meet the needs and standards of the company
- Contribute to the development and development of the CRM and Retail Roadmap in relation to Audemars Piguet's strategic objectives
- Participate in the design, testing, recipe, deployment and accompanying phases of change to ensure the adoption of solutions
- Monitoring initiatives, identifying risks, proposing mitigation plans and communicating progress to stakeholders
- Analyze the performance of solutions and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization
- Promote collaboration between business teams, end users, external partners and IT teams in an international environment
