At the new location of ETH Gastronomy in Basel, our guests can experience freshness, seasonal highlights and environmentally friendly and balanced nutrition.
With the Bistro Flavour Kitchen and the Science Lounge on the 5th floor, we enrich the architecturally exciting BSS building with our gastronomy and hospitality.
The Bistro Flavour Kitchen with counter concept, takeaway shop, barista & apéro bar and great terrace is aimed at internal and external guests.

- You work from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:30. Your area of activity:
- Support of the team during lunchtime (Mo–Fr) with focus on back office tasks (office, dishes, preparation) as well as punctual use at the front (checkout, coffee, output). Welcome and Guest Advice Preparation of specialty coffee (barista)
- Compliance and implementation of the hygiene and safety guidelines Your strengths: Progresso is an advantage
- Experience in lively service hours (midday peaks) is an advantage Good oral German skills
- Basic knowledge in dealing with POS systems is an advantage High operational readiness and flexibility
