- Responsibility for managing strategic partnerships such as Fairtrade Max Havelaar, Rainforest Alliance, Service Allergie Suisse and Beelong
- Setting goals and developing partnerships in collaboration with Category Management, Marketing/Digital Services and Sustainability
- Planning and implementation of marketing, communication, sales promotion and promotion measures
- Developing and securing contracts, fee models, policies and processes
- Support in overarching tasks as well as focal point for technical questions on partnerships and label topics Requirements
- Completed studies in agronomy, sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, marketing or food with strong motivation for sustainability topics
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in sustainability, environmental science, agronomy or retail
- High affinity for sustainability, fair trade and agronomy
- Independent, communicative and assertive personality with high social competence
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and networked, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
