In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Oligo Production department, we are looking for a dedicated (bio) chemist as product steward (a), 100% to ensure smooth project processes in the manufacturing sector.

Their tasks

• They bear responsibility in customer projects for the (GMP) production of oligonucleotide-based active ingredients, reconciling the requirements and interests of customers and internal stakeholders with production capacities.
• You will accompany projects in CMC management from initial orders to potentially commercial production and identify and manage necessary process adjustments.
• Through their coordination and active participation in the interfaces to, among others, R&D, supply chain, technical authors, QC and QA Ensure smooth production according to timelines
• You take over the communication to customers, provide updates on ongoing processes and process inquiries about production
• You write final reports on production campaigns and prepare campaign data clearly
• Furthermore, you process documents such as technical reports, risk analyses, specifications, SOPs, deviations or CAPAs in cooperation with other departments

Your profile

• You have completed university studies as a (bio-) chemist, ideally with a doctorate, or a comparable education or training. Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• You have a quick understanding of complex chemical processes and technical relationships and understand how to discuss and present them in an understandable way.
• They enjoy working in the interface area as well as sovereign management through structured working methods and high flexibility in changing priorities
• Quick familiarization with new topics, pronounced adherence to deadlines and independent as well as team-oriented order processing
• Communication and coordination are among your strengths
• English and German are fluent.
• Common MS-Office Programs Dominant You very well
• They work tasks structured, accurate and responsible
• A dynamic (production) environment brings your flexibility to light
• Knowledge in the preparation of oligonucleotides (or peptides) and experience in customer contact are advantageous
• It would be desirable to have first professional experience in production or in dealing with production plants as well as practice in the GMP environment.
