Tasks
- You plan, coordinate and control elective and emergency entries as well as internal relocations and ensure optimal bed occupancy
- They coordinate outpatient and inpatient operations (including entries on the day of operation) in close cooperation with the surgical management and the day surgical clinic
- You are responsible for planning inpatient chemotherapies at the Claraspital site and ensure a smooth process
- They carry out transfer rapports, participate in interdisciplinary rapports and work closely with doctors, nurses, case management, emergency surgery, as well as internal and external assignees
- As a central contact person, you advise patients, external customers and internal departments in all questions regarding appointments, admissions and bed occupancy
- They collect and analyze occupancy indicators, create reports for executives, ensure correct data maintenance in the CIS systems and participate in sector-related projects Requirements
- You have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH as well as several years of professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally supplemented by experience in bed management
- They have a high affinity for organizational and coordinative tasks and are characterized by a quick understanding as well as an efficient, goal-oriented and solution-oriented working method.
- They communicate appropriately to the addressee, enjoy working interdisciplinary and convince through pronounced cooperation skills as well as enjoying a central interface function
- They act service-oriented, treat people with appreciation and have a high level of social competence in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Even in demanding situations, you remain sovereign, resilient and flexible and take on responsibility with a strong quality awareness
- You have very good knowledge of German in words and writing, good user knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience with CIS systems
