With the banking internship "Bank Entry after Matura (BEM)" at Raiffeisenbank Aesch-Pfeffingen, you will start your banking training in a motivated team - the perfect introduction to your professional future.

Tasks

During your internship

• You will gain exciting insights into all areas of our bank, from private, credit, investment and corporate customer advice to back office, loan processing and credit office
• Get to know how to advise customers step by step and develop your skills through direct exchange
• Do you work with modern, digital tools and systems
• Do you support the processing of banking transactions in the background
• Do you actively participate in projects and help organize events
• As part of your training, attend CYP's face-to-face courses, in which banking specialist knowledge and operational skills are acquired
• Duration of the internship 18-24 months depending on previous training

During the training you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.

Requirements

School-related

• You completed your Matura at a full-time middle school
• You are a graduate of an HMS/WMS with a vocational baccalaureate in another industry
• You have a federal diploma. EFZ as a businesswoman/businessman and you did not acquire your professional qualification in the banking sector
• You have a specialist baccalaureate
• You are in a long-term internship at a commercial or business school (after completing at least 3 years of school)

Personal

• You are sociable and communicative and are not afraid to approach people
• You are a team player
• Enjoy learning
• Are reliable, complete tasks accurately and are willing to invest time in your training
• You are open to learning new things and are interested in banking
• You are interested in applying information sources and using new technologies
• It is important to you to develop yourself personally
