Would you like to become part of a committed team in a highly regulated environment? As a Batch Document Reviewer (a), 100%, you play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our production processes. In this position you will be responsible for carefully reviewing manufacturing documentation in accordance with strict GMP guidelines. Your work makes a significant contribution to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and reach the customer safely.

Your tasks

• Review of manufacturing documentation in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and traceability of all batch records
• Identification and reporting of deviations
• Processing of documentary deviations (ALCOA deviations) in the quality management tool
• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance and other relevant departments
• Participation in continuous improvement processes in the documentation and review areas

Your profile

• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Good knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation requirements
• High accuracy, sense of responsibility and structured way of working
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with paper and electronic documentation systems
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Independent working style
• High ability to concentrate
