Tasks

• Production of various breads and doughs according to special recipes
• Processing of all bread and fine pastry items, including oven work
• Support in shop management
• Sound specialist knowledge in the field of bakery or confectionery

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience: as a baker/pastry chef
• Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a baker/pastry chef
• Sound specialist knowledge in the field of bakery
• Good physical resilience
• Independent, efficient way of working with a high sense of quality
• German (very good knowledge)
