You will oversee modern automation and server systems, support projects from optimization to the integration of new plants and work closely with production, technology and IT. Tasks

• Support and assurance of the technical availability of automation systems at the Basel site
• Support and further development of the superimposed server systems in the field of automation and operational technology (HMI, SCADA, PLS)
• Interface function between user, IT, technology and suppliers
• Implementation, support of projects in the area of automation (e.g. optimization, adaptation, extension, modernization) on the plants and systems
• Integration of plants, systems and components into the structure of the Bell Group
• Support for the commissioning and production support of highly complex plants
• Contribute your know-how for the technical support of the various maintenance and project teams

Requirements

• Completed training as a technician preferably with a preliminary training as an electrician, electronics engineer, automatist or computer scientist
• Professional experience in the programming and commissioning of PLC and visualization systems, such as Siemens S7 (Step 7 Classic / TIA Portal) and WinCC, as well as in fieldbus systems such as ProfiNet etc.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English in word and writing, French is an advantage
• Experience with IT systems (Windows Client, Server, Networks)
• Experience in the implementation and coordination of automation projects
