- As a corporate customer consultant:in you advise SMEs and other corporate clients holistically in the areas of property, liability, personal and special insurance.
- You analyze operational risks, work on demand-oriented insurance solutions and accompany your customers in the long term as a competent contact person.
Main responsibilities
- As a corporate customer consultant:in you advise SMEs and other corporate clients holistically in the areas of property, liability, personal and special insurance.
- You analyze operational risks, work on demand-oriented insurance solutions and accompany your customers in the long term as a competent contact person.
- You conduct sound risk analyses with existing and potential corporate customers, develop tailor-made insurance concepts and ensure a sustainable protection of the operational risks.
- You monitor the market in the corporate customer business, identify potentials and specifically acquire new corporate customers.
- You implement defined market processing strategies and systematically develop your customer portfolio.
- You actively cultivate existing customer relationships, build long-term partnerships and position yourself as a reliable contact person for all insurance issues in the corporate environment.
- You work closely with Under-Painting, Damage Management and internal experts to ensure optimal solutions for your customers and ensure high service quality. Requirements
- You have a sound education or a degree program as well as a multi-annual, in-depth professional experience in insurance, ideally in the business customer business.
- You act entrepreneurially, bring in initiative and have pleasure in actively shaping the business customer business at the general agency of the Listal as well as working with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You are an excellent communicator.
