In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the QC Late Phase, we are looking for a dedicated Associate Scientist in QC Sample Management. We currently have a permanent vacancy that offers exciting insights into the late phase of quality control.
Their tasks
- They monitor practical activities with a focus on the portioning of analysis patterns in the context of stability studies, release analyses, development projects or analytical orders. You are the contact person for specialist questions of internal and external customers. Through sound professional assessment and secondary inspections, you ensure that all activities meet our high quality standards.
- You check and create group-relevant QC documents (portioning protocols, stability study and sampling plans, device qualification documents)
- In internal and cross-departmental project teams, you contribute your expertise and take on professional responsibility. They communicate clearly with internal interfaces such as QA, project management, production or materials management and thus contribute to quality along the entire value chain.
- They comply with all relevant instructions, regulations and guidelines to ensure the correctness of daily work according to cGMP, occupational safety and environmental protection, actively implement them and are a model for the team.
- You take responsibility for the processing and conclusion of Q-Events (Deviations, OOX’s).
- They are committed to the continuous development and optimization of QC processes, document professional findings systematically and strengthen a common quality culture in the team through active knowledge exchange.
Your profile
- Completed scientific studies BSc / MSc (FH, Uni)
- Beginners, or first professional experience in an industrial GMP environment, ideally with experience in organizing and conducting stability studies for pharmaceutical active ingredients
- General software affinity or initial knowledge in common IT applications common in the GMP environment (LIMS, SAP)
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Engaged, motivated and reliable personality with fun at work in a team with enthusiasm for responsibility and initiative
- A communicative and well-structured organizational talent
- Strong networked thinking skills with rapid comprehension
- Drive for innovation and active precedent of change
- Strong view of process contexts
