Main responsibilities

- Focuses on coordination and execution of Idorsia’s access strategy and its implementation (project management, oversees dossier writing, timelines, risks etc.) for defined therapeutic area.
- Ensures local fit of product value proposition (incl. evidence) to obtain ideal pricing and reimbursement scenarios and outcome.
- Represents Idorsia vis-à-vis local external agencies and other stakeholders , e.g. pharma association working groups and patient advocacy groups.
- Actively contributes to the internal Idorsia processes and contributes significantly to the conceptual development and implementation of country Market Access and Public Affairs strategies.
- Regularly exchanges information with the Senior Market Access and Public Affairs Director DACH and cross-functional project teams.
- Drives development and implementation of country strategies to support DACH Market Access and Public Affairs.
- Monitors the relevant regional policy environment and understands key healthcare trends and their impact.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and healthcare compliance requirements, corporate policies, and procedures, and drive this culture in the local organization. Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree ideally in health economics, pharmacy, or science, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of successful professional experience in DACH Market Access, and 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Profound knowledge and broad experience of Market Access (German AMNOG is a must, Switzerland an advantage) ideally in an innovative specialty pharma environment.
- Proven knowledge and experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement activities across DACH markets through pre-launch to in-market phases.
- Strong knowledge of the German (DACH) health care system and a clear understanding of health economic contexts, especially regarding innovative specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of current health policy issues and possible future developments.
- Experienced in working in cross-functional teams and taking the lead for personal area of responsibility.
- Strong project leadership, project management and vendor management skills.
