- In shift operations, they independently look after patients from the entire spectrum of interdisciplinary acute and emergency medicine, from ambulatory emergency care to the treatment of critically ill patients.
- Their workspace includes both the emergency department and integrated emergency practice. Depending on your experience, you increasingly assume responsibility for the independent assessment, diagnosis and treatment of our emergency patients.
- You have the opportunity to further develop your practical skills in a targeted manner – for example in emergency sonography, shock room management and NIV and high-flow therapy.
- Experienced medical care is guaranteed 24 hours on site. At the same time, we expect the willingness to take on responsibility, to actively shape clinical decisions and to be committed to the demanding everyday emergency.
- You will become part of a highly committed, interprofessional team and work closely with the various disciplines of the Cantonal Hospital Aarau. An active participation in our structured further education and interest in personal and professional development are a matter of course for us.
Requirements
- You have at least two years of clinical professional experience as a medical assistant at an acute hospital in Switzerland, preferably in general internal medicine, surgery or anesthesiology.
- You are particularly interested in emergency medicine and are ideally already in further training for the focus "Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR" or would like to pursue this.
- They are resilient, flexible and maintain an overview and the necessary prioritization capability even in dynamic emergency operation.
- Good ultrasound knowledge is advantageous
