Tasks

• Assortment design and management support
• Proactive support of Purchasing Managers in day-to-day business
• Maintenance and assurance of correct article master data incl. Price and supplier maintenance in SAP R/3
• Telephone and written contact with suppliers, sales regions, sales outlets and other internal and external entities
• Management of samples and image database
• Conduct of audits
• Processing of promotions and newsletters
• Coordination of the store advertisements of promotional offers
• Processing and billing of advertising contributions (smoking products and press)

Requirements

• Basic commercial training completed
• Professional experience in a similar environment
• Good German expressiveness in words and writing, Italian and French skills are advantageous
• Good SAP knowledge and MS Office user knowledge
• Quick understanding
• Customer-oriented and self-employed person with a structured and process-oriented working method
• Teamwork and good communication skills
