Duties
- Assist, accompany and care for patients in the facility with approximately 24 beds
- Help with body care and meal service support
- Perform simple administrative tasks
- Work based on Lean Hospital principles in a dynamic team
- Requirements
- Base: professional training as a health and social care assistant (EBA) or nursing assistant
- Preferred: experience in an acute ward
- Highly preferred: strong patient orientation
- Also: excellent team player skills
- Absolutely necessary: enjoyment of a varied and lively workday in the hospital Benefits
