Main responsibilities

  • You’ll work directly with the CEO and his teams, coordinating across international teams — ensuring the smooth execution of operational and administrative activities within a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment.
  • Which tasks will you perform? You will:
  • Assist the three advisory teams of the CEO in all aspects of their administrative, commercial, and relational tasks, both internally and externally.
  • Proactively manage the agendas in the short- and medium-term, organizing and coordinating meetings, trips, and events in alignment with other Executive Board members.
  • Manage correspondence by prioritizing and responding to emails, ensuring timely communication and efficient information flow.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including bookings, documentation, and schedules, ensuring all details are prepared well in advance.
