- Processing and answering customer inquiries about the debt collection process, in particular about invoices, reminder stops and payment deadlines
- Conducting customer discussions on products and processes in the areas of motor vehicle insurance, household contents insurance, private liability insurance and assistance insurance
- Independent and case-by-case processing of customer concerns within your professional competence as well as forwarding of more complex concerns to the competent authorities
- Documentation and recording of customer requests in the CRM system
- Receiving and sharing customer feedback to continuously improve our services
