Tasks You complete an individual aspirant program and take part in specialist and management training with the aim of taking over the function as managing director. During this time you actively participate in all the rayons of the sales office. You learn how our employees can be promoted and developed and inspire our demanding customers with your courteous and competent advice. You also learn how to ensure optimal goods management and an attractive shop image.

Cost control and the branch of the company (Danish) are also part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail trade or corresponding professional experience in sales
• Management experience of advantage
• High sense of responsibility
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-maintained appearance
• High level of readiness for performance and resilience as well as system affinity
• Ambition, commitment and willingness to engage in our common goals
• Flexibility in terms of operating times
