- Klinisch-diagnostische Beurteilung, Indikationsstellung sowie Verantwortung für Stationszuweisung, Therapieplanung, -durchführung und -evaluation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin mit MEBEKO-Anerkennung
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
Main responsibilities
- Ärztliche Gesamtverantwortung für Triagierung, Aufnahme, Diagnostik und Behandlung im Nachtdienst
- Klinisch-diagnostische Beurteilung, Indikationsstellung sowie Verantwortung für Stationszuweisung, Therapieplanung, -durchführung und -evaluation
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen psychiatrischen Versorgung auch in akuten und komplexen Situationen
- Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden der Pflege, der Psychologie sowie weiteren therapeutischen Fachbereichen
- Mitwirkung bei klinischen Fallbesprechungen sowie Koordination relevanter Behandlungsprozesse
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpersonen, Zuweisenden und Behörden
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin mit MEBEKO-Anerkennung
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
- Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie sicheres Handeln in anspruchsvollen und dynamischen Situationen
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagierte, reflektierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
