Main responsibilities
- Operational management, budget and cost management are your responsibility Customers are actively served and advised

- You take over the leadership, development and promotion of employees
- It is your responsibility to present the goods in an appealing way and to ensure their constant availability
- Compliance and enforcement of the HA CCP concept falls within your area of responsibility
Key requirements
- A few years of professional experience: in the field of system gastronomy
