Bachem AG continues to expand and invests in new buildings and production facilities to produce innovative products. The goal of our vocational training is the sustainable and long-term development of technical and leadership skills in the company in order to master future growth. Every year we offer nine apprenticeships for laboratory technicians specializing in chemistry with a focus on synthesis or analytics (f/m/d). The three-year training is based on the model of trial training at various training locations: At the vocational school (aprentas in Muttenz) In the in-house teaching laboratory With the vocational trainers of the Bachem AG line at various workplaces • Job description: Laboratory technicians EFZ in the field of chemistry remove, analyze, isolate, clean or produce various substances. In the synthesis laboratory, new molecules are produced from starting materials using chemical processes. In the analysis laboratory, samples are analyzed for their identity and purity using modern analytical equipment and techniques.
