- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be used in the following work situations: Receiving bank customers Assistance in advising customers
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels
- Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions Collaboration in marketing
- In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity. Requirements School:
- Completed folk level at top school level with good grades and E- or P-profile
- Very good knowledge of German, oral & written
- Requirements for learning one or two foreign languages
- With professional maturity: Very good performance at top school level, passed entrance examination Personal: Contactful and communicative Joy of learning Teamwork Reliability and exact work Open to new Interests:
- Enjoyment of everyday banking and customer contact
