We are looking for a motivated and talented learner who supports the EJPD in the Asylum Directorate in various commercial areas. You will work in the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) in the administrative building of the Federal Asylum Centre Basel and will be accompanied and supported by our experienced practical trainees. Not only will you have the opportunity to work with other learners and interns during the annual learning camp, but you will also be able to network in various ways.

- Record personal data, register asylum applications and implement administrative processes in the event of entry and exit
- Process dossiers, monitor deadlines and update documents in specialist applications

- Control invoices, obtain offers and create working documents and documentation
