Tasks
- Technical development, maintenance and optimization of the Java-based shop backend on the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- Assuming technical responsibility for all software-related aspects from conception and implementation to operation and support
- Planning and realization of new functionalities as well as integration of external systems and services (e.g. PIM, ERP, payment, fulfillment) in cooperation with internal specialist departments, external development partners and product owners
- Ensuring a stable, efficient and future-oriented e-commerce platform using modern software architectures
- Maintenance of technical documentation, support in 2nd level support as well as coordination and coordination with partners
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge in object-oriented software development with Java and practical experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), incl. Extension of existing modules and development of custom extensions
- Knowledge of modern web and server technologies (e.g. Spring Framework, RESTful APIs) and secure handling of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SAP HANA)
- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins and agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Very good understanding of e-commerce processes and related systems (PIM, ERP, payment, fulfillment)
- Ability to carry out structured problem analysis, strong communication skills, professional experience in the field and reliable knowledge of German
