Short overview position

Fabrik Basel is a high-performance production company of Nestlé Suisse S.A. and produces culinary products of the THOMY brand for Germany and abroad.

For our bottling department, we are looking for a committed personality as a plant manager immediately or by agreement.

A day in the life of a plant manager

• Technical operation and cleaning of filling plants
• Qualitative and quantitative filling of our products
• Performance of standard quality controls required
• Minimize unplanned downtimes with optimal line performance and ensure the required line reliability
• Management of filling protocols, independent maintenance and correct handling of SAP
• Standard filling plant cleaning services
• Implementation of format changes on the systems according to standard
• Tracking TPM processes in the daily routine on the line
• Continuous development of work areas
• Participation in improvement projects using TPM tools

This makes them successful.

• Completed vocational training as plant manager, food technologist or butcher with experience in industrial production of food
• Compliance with high safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable, quality-conscious, independent and precise working method
• Openly and transparently communicating team player
• First experience in the creation of MS-Office documents
• First experience in the area of continuous improvements incl. Implementation of first reactions
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Readiness for flexible work assignments in a shift operation
