- Lead and develop a team of analytical experts across MS, NMR, and chromatography
- Define and execute mid- to long-term AMC strategies aligned with project and portfolio goals
- Foster collaboration across discovery, technical development, and external partners Analytical & Scientific Expertise
- Oversee complex analytical activities, including stereochemistry determination and interaction studies (API–excipient)
- Drive analytical method development across SFC, HPLC, and GC for small molecules and peptides Innovation & Collaboration
- Partner with Data, Digital, and AI teams to advance data workflows, automation, and analytics capabilities
- Identify industry trends and maintain academic collaborations to ensure scientific leadership
- Ensure high-quality analytical support for IPCs, intermediates, and APIs across development stages Who You Are
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) with 5+ years industry experience, or MSc with 10+ years

- You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning NMR, MS, and chromatography, while developing and applying high-resolution MS methods for the characterization of synthetic molecules.
