Role overview
Within the purchasing centre, you are involved in the development, development and management of decision-making solutions to improve purchasing performance, data quality and decision-making.
You intervene at the interface between business teams, information systems and institutional partners to transform the data into decision support tools.
This role directly contributes to the transformation of the purchasing facility, data governance and the steering of procurement strategies by category of items.
- Within the purchasing centre, you are involved in the development, development and management of decision-making solutions to improve purchasing performance, data quality and decision-making.
- You intervene at the interface between business teams, information systems and institutional partners to transform the data into decision support tools.
Application process
- You design, develop, document and evolve decision-making applications, especially under QlickSense.
- You develop dashboards, steering indicators, reports and analyses to improve the performance of the CAIB.
- Also, you ensure the operation, structuring, and reliability of data purchases, suppliers, contracts, prices and items.
- You help define the roadmaps for decision-making tools and help guide their evolution.
- You assist users in the use of developed solutions and ensure their functional support and participate in the drafting of functional specifications and technical documentation.
- You evaluate technological developments, propose improvements to decision-making tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and purchasing processes.
- As part of the development of the data strategy of the purchasing power plant, you also participate in the integration of generative and analytical artificial intelligence solutions allowing in particular: automated classification of items; consolidation of supplier repositories; the detection of anomalies; automation of certain analyses; improving data quality;
- assistance in the decision of buyers.
