In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Engineering department, we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Project Manager Engineering (a), 100%.

Their tasks

• They manage and monitor projects and sub-projects (new installations, conversions, extensions) of production or infrastructure facilities as well as associated ventilation, laboratory installations or clean rooms.
• They accompany the projects from idea to commissioning, taking into account relevant and current technical standards, GMP specifications and HSE guidelines.
• Responsibility for compliance with regulations, budgeted costs and deadlines.
• Ensuring the GMP conformity of plants, buildings, processes and the associated technical documentation in digital as well as in paper form, in close cooperation with the quality assurance department.

Your profile

• Completed university education as an engineer, specialisation in process engineering or pharmaceutical engineering
• In-depth expertise in the planning and technology of production plants in the life science or biotechnology environment
• Several years of experience in the independent project management of interdisciplinary teams
• Very good interface management skills between the departments, planners, suppliers and trades involved in the project
• In-depth experience with cost, deadline and change management in investment projects with a value of at least 10 million. CHF
• Knowledge of GMP requirements in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry
• High load capacity and flexibility
• Very good German and solid English skills
