  • We are looking for a visionary Analytics & GenAI Product Owner to join our team.
  • In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of high-impact analytical and GenAI products, guiding solutions from ideation and Proof of Concept (POC) to scalable, enterprise-wide deployment.
  • As a strategic thought partner and change agent, you will bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and commercial business strategy, leading a cross-functional squad of experts to translate business challenges into robust, actionable AI use cases that deliver maximum ROI. The Opportunity
  • AI Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with global and market stakeholders to translate complex pharma business needs into scalable data science, predictive analytics, and Generative AI use cases.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and roadmap for analytical tools, ensuring alignment with Roche’s evolving customer engagement models and commercial goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate and inspire multidisciplinary squads, connecting business owners with data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, GenAI prompt engineers, and UX/UI designers.
