• You independently examine and process service cases in the ambulatory care area, in particular invoices, cost codes and service requests

This sets you apart

• You have a completed commercial education with medical knowledge or a completed medical education with commercial experience
• Ideally, you will bring experience in the processing of a health or accident insurance.
• You are characterized by an exact, structured and reliable working method as well as a quick understanding
• You will quickly find your way around various application programs and digital tools and enjoy working with different systems
• You have a stylish oral and written expression in German
• Good knowledge of French or Italian is required
