What you do

• Administrative support for property managers
• Oral and written contact with tenants, craftsmen, housekeepers, etc.
• Contracting of repair work
• Organisation of housing acceptances and transfers
• Create listings
• Processing of dunning orders and operations and creditors
• Preparation of final accounts and settlements
• Development of contemporary real estate marketing measures

What you bring

• Commercial education or further education in the field of property management
• Professional experience in property management
• Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English advantageous
• Communicative and resilient personality with good organizational skills and an independent working method
