Employee/Patient Admission

As an employee of the patient admission, you are one of the first contact persons for our patients. With your open and professional nature, you provide a warm welcome and a smooth administrative process, both at the reception and in the back office. Your tasks:

• Reception and personal and telephone administrative support of our patients
• Collection and updating of patient, master and insurance data
• Clarification of insurance issues KVG and UVG
• Data matching in various systems such as OPALE and INES
• Acceptance of cash and deposit payments
• Support of the team for further administrative tasks in the front and back office as well as at the reception
• Contact point for customer issues
• Reception and targeted transmission of incoming telephone calls to the relevant contact persons You bring with you:
• A commercial basic education or an equivalent education
• Professional experience in a hospital, clinic, medical practice or insurance sector
• Ideally experience in patient admission
• A careful, structured and independent working method
• A pronounced service and patient orientation
• A friendly, safe and professional appearance
• Communication strength and a sovereign approach to demanding situations
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
• Very good knowledge of German and French in word and writing
• Language skills in English and/or Italian are beneficial We offer:
