Role overview

Tasks

• General correspondence in reporting as well as writing, editing and sending medical reports with subject-specific terminology

• Management of the e-mail inbox and telephone triage of the intensive care unit

• Preparations for new employees (medical and nursing staff)

• Recording and data monitoring of medical services provided

• Administration of medicines (ordering, admission, process control)

• Maintenance of the time recording system PEP

Requirements

• Federal certificate of competence as merchant/merchant; further training as medical secretary or medical secretary is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German for the error-free editing of medical reports

• Further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous

• Very good PC knowledge, especially in MS Office
